NURSE ON LEAVE -- Lt. Katherine E. Ruggles has arrive from Fort Benning, Ga., to spend a 14-day leave with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Ruggles, 28 22nd S.E. Lt. Ruggles was employed at Passavant Memorial hospital in Chicago for 3 1/2 years before entering the army nurses corps last May. She plans to return to Benning.
