Viola Katherine Rouster Wiemerslage was born Sept. 14, 1921 to Peter August and Rose Mary Freilinger Rouster. She died Dec. 12, 2006 and is buried in Saint Josephs Catholic Church Cemetery, New Albin, IA.
Sgt. Rouster served in World War II with the U.S. Army WACs in Massachusetts, Florida, Idaho, Colorado, Texas and Illinois. She was married to Norman Wiemerslage.
