Decorah -- Pfc. Gertrude M. Rosholt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.L. Rosholt, was in the first group of Wacs to land in the Philippines. The group landed at an airfield that was under Jap fire.

Decorah -- Tech 4th Gr. Gertrude M. Rosholt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs T.L. Rosholt, is on her way from the Philippines to the Unites Sates for redeployment. She served in New Guinea, Leyte and Manila.

Decorah -- Lt. Gertrude Rosholt, recently discharged from the Wacs, has been spending the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T.L. Rosholt. She will return to her former position as administrative assistant with the United States department of agriculture, and expects to be assigned to the office at Seattle. Miss Rosholt was one of 18 girls who served at MacArthur's headquarters at Hollandia, and later in Manila.
