Lt. Genevieve Page

With the ARMED FORCES

Second Lieut. Genevieve Page, wearing the blue uniform of an army nurse, is visiting her father and friends in Des Moines on a six-day leave from Lincoln air base technical school, near Lincoln, Neb.

Her father is C. P. Page, 2855 Forest drive.  Lieutenant Page received her professional training in Chicago and was employed for a time at Iowa Methodist hospital.  She joined the armed forces last July and was stationed at Fort Riley, Kan., before going to Lincoln.  Few people in Nebraska recognized her uniform, the army nurse said, many mistaking it for that of the WAVES or the WAAC.
