1st Lt. Osweiler served (as Margaret Katherine Evans from LeMars, IA) with the U.S. Army Tourney General Hospital in Palm Springs, CA and the 83rd General Hospital in the European Theatre of Action. At the time of her death she was married to George A. Brenner. She was previously married to Henry Howard Evans. Sgt. George Brenner served with the U.S. Army in World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart.
