Violet Osborn of Rowley in Waves
Rowley -- Violet Osborn, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Osborn of Rowley, has arrived in New York to begin an intensive three weeks indoctrination in in the Waves. She traveled with more than 400 prospective Waves out of Chicago to New York. Violet formerly was a school teacher, and has a brother, Victor in the armed services.
