Five Des Moines women recently completed basic training at the naval training school for WAVES, Bronx, N.Y., and have received their orders.

The women, their stations and orders are: Alberta Maxine Norman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell S. Norman, 1546 Twenty-second st., to naval hospital, National Naval Medical center, Bethesda, Md., for further instruction.

Helen Irene Mulinax, daughter of Mrs. Mildred Mulanix, 7373 Seventeenth st., to the bureau of naval personnel, Washington, D.C. for duty.

Bertha Isabell Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M.H. Miller, 2111 E. Twenty-third st., to the naval air depot, Hawthorne, Nev., for duty. Marguerite Alberta Ellingworth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Ellingworth, 1711 Capitol ave., to the naval hospital, Bethesda, Md, for further instruction. Irene P. Mahurin to the naval hospital, Bethesda, Md, for further instruction.

All the women are seaman, second class.
