Phoebe Ann McMillin Roebken Dempewolf was born Oct. 8, 1921 to Elmer R. and Ruth Bass McMillin. She died Oct 28, 1993 and is buried in Garnavillo Community Cemetery, Garnavillo, IA.
Phoebe served in World War II with the U.S. Navy WAVES in Ottumwa, IA. She was married to Robert C. Roebken and Vincent C. Dempewolf.
