Des Moines in the Services
Three Des Moines WAVES were graduated recently from the naval training school for women yeomen at Iowa State Teachers college, Cedar Falls, Ia., and were awarded the ratings of yeoman, third class. They are Mary V. Connor, 2406 Thirtieth st; Dorothe C. McCulloch, 711 Thirty-third st., and Carolyn B. Herrman, 947 Eighth st.
