Miss Rosemary Lucey Joins Nurses Corps Of Naval Reserve
Rosemary Lucey, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Lucey of Carroll, has enlisted in the nurses corps of the Naval Reserve. She is on the nursing staff of the Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. Subject to call at any time, she is remaining on duty at Des Moines until she receives her notification.
Miss Lucey was graduated last June from St. Vincent's Training School for Nurses in Sioux City.

Rosemary Lucey Now Has Full Lieutenancy
Rosemary Lucey, N.C., of the United States Naval Reserve, now has a full lieutenancy, having been advance from lieutenant, junior grade, to lieutenant, effective as of March 1. Lt. Lucey called her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Lucey, from Oceanside, Calif., Monday night to tell them the news.
Lt. Lucey, who has been in the nurses corps since March 3, 1942, is on the staff at the naval hospital at Santa Marguerita Ranch, Oceanside, Calif.

SENT TO PEARL HARBOR
Lieutenant Rosemary Lucey, of the navy nurse corps, is now at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, according to word received by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Lucey.
