Lt. Evelyn Losen, Locus, Wed to Illinois Captain
Mabel, Minn. -- Lieutenant Evelyn B. Losen, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Carl Losen, Locust, south of here, and Captain Kenneth M. Hayes, son of the Rev. and Mrs. L.M. Hayes, Herrick, Ill., who were married in a military ceremony last Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, Locust, will make their home in Detroit Mich. The ceremony was performed by the bride's father.

Captain and Mrs. Hayes are spending two weeks in Herrick and Detroit. The bride is a graduate of Decorah, Iowa high school and of Fairview School of Nursing, Minneapolis. She entered service as an army nurse at Schick General hospital in February 1945 and ill continue with her duties there until she is discharged.
The groom is being discharged after four years of service, one and one half years of which was overseas duty with Patton's army. He will enter the employ of Chrysler Corporation, Detroit, where the couple will make their home.
