Vinton -- Marine Pvts Margaret Loretta and Virginia Mae Leemon, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Leemon, 910 East Fifth street, Vinton, who have recently completed the six-weeks recruit training course for women marines at Camp Lejeune, N.C., have been assigned to duty at marine corps headquarters, Washington, D.C. Margaret has been assigned as a stenographer and Virginia as a clerk typist.
