Davenport Woman Is Commissioned Officer in WAAC
Word has been received in Davenport that Lillian Kester, 3328 Sunnyside avenue, has completed her training in the WAAC and has been commissioned a third officer.
She was a member of the 25th officer candidate class at Fort Des Moines.
Officer Kester has been sent to Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., where she will be stationed as an instructor.
