Peggy Hertzberg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Hertzberg, 823 Lime street, joined the army air force Red Cross reserves and has volunteered for overseas duty. She graduated from Mercy hospital school of nursing, Cedar Rapids, on May 24

Two Waterloo women, Lt. Agnes Webber, formerly of 71 Franklin street, and Lt. Mary V. Hertzberg, of 823 Lime street, are now at the nurses training center, Camp Carson, Colo., it was announced Friday in a press release.
Lieutenant Webber, attended nursing school at St Charles hospital in Aurora, Ill., and was formerly employed by the Allen Memorial hospital here.
Lieutenant Hertzberg, who attended Mercy school of nursing, Cedar Rapids, Ia., has a sister, Lt. Margaret Hertzberg, in the nurses corps at Panama City, Fla. Her father, Glen Hertzberg, petty officer second class, is stationed at Great Lakes, Ill., as an instructor. Lt. Hertzberg's mother resides at 823 Lime street.
