Margaret Elaine “Peggy” Hemphill Costolo was born May 20, 1924 to Clifford Linn and Viola Elizabeth Orr Hemphill. She died Jan. 13, 1979 and is buried in Saint Josephs Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
Peggy served in World War II with the U.S. Navy WAVES. She was married to Charles Costolo, Jr.
