Cpl. Catherine Fritz is one of two cooks who prepare means for 110 WACS assigned to the air transport command headquarters at Casablanca, North Africa, according to word received here.

Cpl. Fritz and her fellow WACS are housed in whitewashed concrete barracks with red-tile roofs, surrounded by native gardens, and American pre-war gardens and American pre-war comforts such as cigarettes, chewing gum and real silk stockings from Portugal are available in the post exchange but ---

"A body gets use to it," Cpl. Fritz is reported to have said, "and its right nice but time sort of loses meaning --- and this isn't Davenport."
