Verva C. Elliott Eckstein was born Oct. 19, 1910 to Ray and Effie M. Pierce Elliott. She Oct. 9, 1971 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA. Sgt. Elliott served with the U.S. Army WACs in World War II. She was married to Orville N. Eckstein.
