Dorothy Jean ‘Jean’ Doty was born Jan. 23, 1915 to Frank M. and Lela M. Quinn Doty. She died Feb. 4, 1998 in Walnut Creek, CA.
She was an Ensign in the Navy and was married to Jack Wallace Walters.
