Betty May Rhodes, daughter of Mrs. Hattie Rhodes, 204 1/2 Iowa avenue, and Lucile Mayree Beckman, daughter of Mrs. Lillian Beckman, 113 Iowa avenue, will report late in November at Hunter's college, Bronx, N.Y. to begin training with the Waves following their enlistment at Davenport recently.

Lucille Marie “Lucy” Beckman Bischel Logel was born Oct. 25, 1920 to Frank H. and Lillian B. Gilbertson Beckman. She died June 26, 2000 in Glendale, CA.
She was married to Merle W. Bischel and Robert Henry Logel. Merle served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
