Marjorie Ahlff

 

 

 

Marjorie Ahlff, seaman, first class of the WAVES, is home on a seven-day leave visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. Dale Wingler, 820 LeClaire street.

Seaman Ahlff entered the service on Nov. 30, 1944 and received her boot training at Hunter college, N.Y. and yeoman training at Cedar Falls, Ia. Upon completion of her present leave, she will report to Washington, D.C. for further assignment,

A graduate of Davenport high school, she was formerly employed by the International Harvester Co, Bettendorf.

Her husband, Pfc. Kenneth Ahlff was wounded serving in Ge., George Patton's third army and is now in a Paris hospital.
