FIRST RELEASE OF STATE HISTORICAL DEATH SUMMARIES
Eighty men from Kossuth county lost their lives while in the service of their country in World War II.

Ambrose Youngwirth was born Mar. 22, 1914 to John and Helen Freese Youngwirth. He died June 26, 1944 and is buried in Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Saint Joseph, IA.
Pvt. Youngwirth served in World War II with the U.S. Army 34th Division and was KIA in Italy in the service of his country.
