Sgt. Jack Wolfe, son of Brakeman W. J. Wolfe of Des Moines, Ia., was killed Dec. 19, 1944, while in action with a para-glider infantry unit on Leyte, Philippine Islands. His wife and a two-year-old daughter live in Los Angeles.
