Harold Raymond Williams was born May 30, 1920 to Arch C. and Ethel Irene Landmesser Williams. He died Jan. 20, 1944 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Petty Officer Williams served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and was a POW and died while imprisoned at Osaka, Japan.
