John B. Wiley was born about 1924 to Andrew James and Pauline R. Klodt Wiley. He died Sept. 2, 1944 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Philippines.
Cpl. Wiley served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 371st Bomber Squadron, 307th Bomber Group and was MIA/KIA. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
