William Carroll Weltha was born Apr. 8, 1925 to Clarion and Julia Olava Tjernagel Weltha. He died Feb. 20, 2012 and is buried in the Winterset City Cemetery, Winterset, IA.
William served as an aviation radioman with the U.S. Naval Air Corps in World War II.
