Francis E. Webb was born Oct. 26, 1915 to Clinton A. and Gertrude Webb. He died Dec. 2, 1942 and is buried Fort William McKinley, Manila, the Philippines.
Pvt. Webb served in World War II with the U.S. Army 126th Infantry, 32nd Division and was MIA/KIA in the Southwest Pacific Area. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star.
