Donald Edward Watts was born Feb. 26, 1901 to Frank Allen and Edith May Shanley Watts. He died Mar. 27, 1975 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City, IA.
Sgt. Watts served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II and was a POW in Germany.
