Pfc. Gerald F. Wangler

 

DISCHARGED

Pfc. Gerald F. Wangler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jake Wangler of Stratford, has received his honorable discharge from the army at Camp Grant, Ill., and has arrived home after 38 months of service. He served 30 months in India, Burma and China. He wears the Asiatic-Pacific theater ribbon with three bronze battle stars and the good conduct medal.

Gerald F. Wangler was born June 3, 1920 to Jacob B and Anna Edna Brendel Wangler. He died Mar. 19, 1974.
