Edward Nile Walters was born Sept. 8, 1918 to George and Grace Alvina Walters. He died May 7, 1942 and is buried in Norwood Park Home Cemetery, Niles, IL.
Lt. Walters served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 83rd Squadron, 12th Bomb Group and died in a plane crash near the airfield, Alexandria, LA.
