Keith Charles Turner

 

 

Keith Charles Turner was born Mar. 4, 1920 to Charles William and Nellie Viola Dauenbaugh Turner. He died July 18, 1993 and is buried in Poyner Cemetery, Gilbertville, IA.

Chief Petty Officer Turner served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Luzon (ARG-2), Inshore Patrol and Island Fortress, Fort Hughes, Philippine Islands. He became a POW of the Japanese.
