Frank Alfred Swanson was born Dec. 20, 1903 to Frank A. and Frieda H. Swanson. He died Oct. 19, 1944 and is buried in Springdale Cemetery, Clinton, IA.
Capt. Swanson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Dental Corps and died in the Regional Hospital, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas as the result of coronary thrombosis.
