Herbert Otto Stoecker was born June 18, 1920 to Otto H. and Anna Teebe Stoecker He died Jan. 9, 1945 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Sgt. Stoecker served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps aboard a B-29 Super Fortress bomber which was lost on a bombing mission from Saipan, Marianas Island to Tokyo, Japan. He was declared MIA/FOD.
