Urban Paul Stodden was born Jan. 9, 1917 to Mathias Joseph and Catherine Marie Stodden. He died Feb. 2, 1945 and is buried Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Philippines.
Pvt. Stodden served with the U.S. Army Co. B, 27th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division and was KIA on Luzon, Philippine Islands. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
