Norman Ira Keith Stafford was born June 3, 1925 to Allen R. and Elsie E. Reinke Stafford. He died May 8, 1991 and is buried in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
Norman served aboard the USS Tennessee (BB-43); USS Vixen (PC-53) and USS Pocono (AGC-16) in the U.S. Navy in World War II.
