Robert Allen Spence was born Aug. 3, 1925 to Clarence William and Leola Mae Stephenson Spence. He died Dec. 1, 1944 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, IA.
Pvt. Spence served in World War II with the U.S. Army 317th Infantry, 80th Division and was KIA in Belgium.
