Virgil Owen Seiser was born Oct. 14, 1922 to Edmund Milton and Gladys Edna Raber Seiser. He died June 25, 1988 and is buried in the Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, OR. Tech Sgt. Seiser served with the Army Air Corps in World War II with the 15th Air Force as a gunner on a Flying Fortress (heavy bombardment group) in the Mediterranean Theatre. He is the holder of the European-African-Middle East theater ribbon with one battle star.
