Joe Emmett Walter Segar, Jr. was born Dec. 11, 1921 to Joseph Emmett Walter, Sr. and Zella Belle Matthews Segar. He died June 6, 2007 and is buried in Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.
Joe served with the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
