Eldred William Sanders was born Dec. 22, 1921 to Lawrence E. and Alma A. Felderman Sanders. He died Jan. 29, 1945 and is buried in Saint John Lutheran Cemetery, Bellevue, IA.
Pvt. Sanders served in World War II with the U.S. Army Troop B, 124th Cavalry Special and was KIA in Burma.
