Edwin Conrad Rowold was born Apr. 17, 1915 to Herman Conrad and Emelie “Melie” Kreinbring Rowold. He died Oct. 5, 1944 and is buried in Lowden Cemetery, Lowden, IA.
Sgt. Rowold served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. 3, 322nd Infantry and was KIA on Angaur Island in the Palau Islands Group.
