Clarence M. Rife was born Aug. 8, 1924 to Clarence Boyd and Irene Viola Yeater Rife. He died Aug. 8, 1944 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Mechanicsville, IA.
Pvt. Rife served in World War II with the U.S. Army 331st Infantry Regiment, 83rd Division and was KIA in France.
