John Francis “Bud” Rielly was born Aug. 21, 1925 to Patrick James and Cathrine Maude Higgins Rielly. He died Aug. 10, 2013 and is buried in Memorial Oaks Cemetery, Houston, TX.
Sgt. Rielly served with the U.S. Army Air Corps 5th Squadron, 9th Bomb Group, 313th Wing, 20th Air Force on Tinian Island as a radar mechanic for a B-29 Bomb Group.
