Alfred Raven Obituary
Greenville, Mich. — Alfred P. Raven, 76, of Gowen, Mich., a former Webster City resident, died Monday, March 2 at the United Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held Friday, March 6 at Greenville, Mich.
Mr. Raven was born Sept. 18, 1910 at Williams, the son of Andrew and Christina Jensen Raven. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a government employee with the Federal Housing Administration, retiring as the director of the Grand Rapids, Mich., office in 1973.
Survivors are his wife, Naomi; three brothers, Walter and Elmer of Webster City and William of Iona, Mich.; a daughter Rhea (Mrs. James) Ferrier of Nashville; a son, Peter A. of Bad Kreuznach, West Germany; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family resides at 13293 Oak Crest, N.E., Gowen, Mich. 49326.
