AT SEA.
Ensign Merle Prater, son of Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Prater, of this city, is now on Pacific duty aboard the U. S. transport Neville. The Webster City naval officer is serving as communications officer aboard the ship which left for Pacific service, Sept. 8. Ensign Prater was previously stationed at San Diego, Cal.
