Ned Phillip Patterson was born Aug. 30, 1924 to Roy E. and Gertrude H. Treanor Patterson. He died Feb. 2, 1993 and is buried in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
Petty Officer Patterson served in World War II with the U.S. Navy.
