King R. Palmer, Jr. was born Mar. 30, 1923 to King R. (Sr.) and Adeline C. Graham Palmer. He died Sept. 19, 1944 and is buried in Netherlands American Cemetery, Margraten, Netherlands.
Pvt. Palmer served in World War II with the U.S. Army 101st Paratroopers and was KIA in Holland and was awarded the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster.
