Gordon Francis Nelson was born July 12, 1917 to Carl Albert and Hilma Christina Nelson. He died June 27, 1943 and is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
Sgt. Nelson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Medical Department and died in Australia while serving his country.
