Richard Wayne Neal was born Aug. 22, 1915 to Theo Leroy and Hazel Lenore Myers Neal. He died Apr. 14, 1953 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Shell Rock, IA.
Richard served in World War II with the U.S. Navy 105th Naval Construction Battalion.
