Jack Montgomery
Graduated from Brooklyn High School with the class of 1941. He was inducted into the Army June 28, 1943. Jack was drowned March 28, 1944, in the South Pacific area.

John Alton “Jack” Montgomery was born June 18, 1924 to Lynn J. and Wilma Hicks Montgomery. He died Mar. 28, 1944 and is buried in Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery, Brooklyn, IA.
Pvt. Montgomery served with the U.S. Army and died on the island of New Caledonia while in the service of his country.
