Donald Henry Michaelson was born Feb. 27, 1917 to Henry V. and Georgia Wood Michaelson. He died July 8, 1954 and is buried in St. Peters Cemetery, Jefferson, SD.
Lt. Michaelson served with the U.S. Navy in World War II with the 3205 Ship Repair Unit and Naval Communications, Guam.
