James Patrick McMorrow was born July 26, 1921 to William and Bridget Rea McMorrow. He died Oct. 7, 1944 and is buried in Lycurgus Cemetery, Allamakee Co., IA.
Pvt. McMorrow served with the U.S. Army Air Corps, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, 4503rd Army Air Forces Base Unit in World War II. His death occurred in the line of duty.
